Job descriptionRita's Farm Online We are certified organic market gardeners located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in beautiful downtown Wallacia. We have always been focused on growing food as medicine, ensuring that is free from chemicals and aspire to make people's lives healthier. After over 15 years of successfully selling our produce at various markets across Sydney, Rita's Farm is going online with an ambition to make healthy organic produce more accessible to the people of NSW. The Position We're looking for courier drivers to deliver our fresh produce. Routes are within the Sydney Metro Area, Wollongong and Newcastle. You will be starting and finishing from our warehouse at Kemps Creek. Requirements Must be able to lift 15kg minimum (Average box weight is 10-15kg) Have own transportation to the warehouse Prior experience in warehousing or deliveries Effective Communication Skills Physically Fit and can work at a fast-pace Reliable and proactive Friendly and approachable Responsibilities Loading and unloading produce / delivery boxes into the truck Deliver boxes to customers Communicate with manager and warehouse team about the day Availability Requirements Must be able to work between 4 am and 8 pm Tuesday - Friday Weekend work also available / optional Application Process Initial phone call with the hiring manager Working trial with the operations manager and interview Outcome
Overall hiring process can be completed within 1-2 days. Immediate start preferred.
