What is the role?

Our client is currently looking to employ a Warehouse Assistant with great customer service skills to help manage a fast - paced warehouse for IT Distribution. Using your commitment to customer service excellence, your organisational skills and systematic approach, you will develop a good rapport with customers, both existing and new, that ultimately will see you achieve a significant level of success for both yourself and the organisation.

• The responsibilities of this role include :

Loading and unloading stock by hand and

forkliftPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchReceiving and Dispatch workUpdate orders into our systemAnswering internal and external customers queriesLiaise with transport company'sGeneral customer servicePerforming warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for auditsGeneral warehouse duties and assist the warehouse team where requiredWhat do you need to be considered?

Experience in a previous warehousing roleCurrent LF forklift license is essentialKnowledge of courier dispatch systems (local and / or International) is preferred.Available for an immediate startCompetence in computer skillsHardworking and highly reliableGood working attitude and work ethicAttention to detailOH&S focusedGood physical abilities as some heavy lifting will be requiredKeen to learnAdditional Information :
