Key Responsibilities : Client Servicing Product : Leading Client Servicing principles across the agency to upskill talent within business. Strategic Leadership : Lead the development and implementation of innovative and impactful media plans across all channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms. Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at BYD Automotive, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Commercially Orientated : Lead delivery of commercials targets across the team collaborating with other directors and management team. Results Orientation : Drive measurable results through data-driven insights and a focus on campaign performance optimisation. Media Expertise : Demonstrate deep expertise in the media landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices. Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a talented team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development. Media Owner Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key media owners to secure the best possible deals and maximize campaign effectiveness. The successful candidate will have : Proven track record of success in managing large-scale media campaigns for high-profile clients, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, and emerging platforms.
