Delivery Driver

A Delivery Driver, or Deliveryman, is responsible for collecting goods and transporting them to clients or customers. Their primary duties include scheduling delivery times, picking up parcels and delivering orders to customers on predetermined routes.

• Key accountabilities

Packing, loading, and unloading delivery vans / cars

Delivering parcels and goods to customers on designated routes

Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers

Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they're accurate.

Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers

Cleaning and servicing van for the next delivery

Daily reporting and inputting of metrics into store systems.

Must have a valid C-class driver license.

Ideally owns a car / vehicle ( if not, company can lease employees).

Speak sound English.

Must have their own van or UTE if they don't have at least they are okay to lease.

• Employees pay for fuel themselves

Eligible visa to work : Preferred Permanent Resident, but not limited.

• Can start immediately.

Regular permanent shifts

Permanent hours : Monday - Friday (Starting 07 : 00am Time captured from first pick up to last delivery)

• Onboarding process
• Interview at the head office
• Signing employment contract and documentations at head office.
• If no delivery experience, training will be provided. (Trainer to come for 1 day with driver together)
• Location
• Head quarter office is in Black town
• Packing center
• Black town, Burwood. Working location is flexible depending on location of sender of packages.
Schedule :
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

• Blacktown, NSW : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
