The Community Mental Health Engagement Worker will help improve outcomes for consumers and their families / carers by helping to navigate mental health services, providing information to enable improved access to other services and freeing up clinicians to focus on their therapeutic work.

The position is open to graduates of Occupational Therapy, Social Work, RN or EEN. With flexibility to work in Mornington (Rosebud) and / or Frankston Community Mental Health Services.
