At Shine Lawyers, we pride ourselves on working tirelessly to pave the way in securing justice for those in our community. And as a participant in our 2026 Graduate Program in the Cairns Personal Injury team, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience, which will prepare you for a fulfilling career as a Solicitor, where you’ll continue to seek justice for those who have been wronged.

The program, which commences in February 2026 , is a permanent, full-time opportunity for those who have completed their law degree, and are excited to take the next step in their legal career.

With compassion, connection and purpose, you’ll be a true champion of our clients by :

• Working under the guidance of a senior practitioner to gain experience within the legal practice, by assisting in representing their clients, and providing accurate legal advice.
• Developing a proficient ability to effectively assess claims, including liability and quantum.
• Cultivating strong relationships with our clients and peers through exceptional communication.
• Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, and assist with running a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
