Ict Support Officer

Our client is looking for an ICT Support Office to join their End User Computing team.

• Duties
• Assist as directed in asset management and imaging for the upcoming laptop fleet.
• Coordinate the packaging and shipment of hardware to various locations across Australia.
• Supervise IT storage areas and aid in the secure wiping and disposal of ICT equipment.
• Offer support to additional End User teams as needed.
• Oversee ticket queues, ensuring timely and precise ticket handling and triage.
• Required Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding and enthusiasm for ICT
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and a positive work ethic
• Desirable experience in loading dock / logistics operations
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Service Now
