My client is a long established, leading importer and distributor of car audio, aftermarket automotive accessory and connectivity products to the retail market in Australia and NZ (with brands including AERPRO, Clarion, Gator, Crystal M and Thinkware).
They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focussed
- Customer Service Officer
- to join their team in Braeside.
- Full time Monday - Friday
- Permanent Role
- 50K-$55K + Super, Bonus and Incentives (Depending on experience)
- Responsibilities will include
- First point of contact for customers placing orders and seeking product information.
- Providing technical support and product information
- Supporting sales programs.
- Introduction of new products
- Supporting external sales team nationally
- An understanding of, or had a background or experience in car audio installations or worked at a retail level dealing with car audio
- Self starter
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Good phone manner
- Willingness to grow within our company
