Barista / All Rounder

Franky and Co is a growing franchise, and we are looking for someone to grow with us. Join our Fun and Friendly team. We serve a selection of light meals, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, tarts, donuts, canolli's and of course COFFEE.

Daytime shifts only

• Responsibilities
• Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
• Take orders and enter in POS
• Provide a high-quality service to guests
• Work as an integral part of the front of house team; running food, clearing tables, making and running drinks
• Cleaning of coffee machines and equipment, cleaning of the premises.

To be successful, you are / have :

1 year minimum Barista experience

Latte Art experience desirable but not essential

A positive attitude, a smile, a passion for coffee and the ability to multitask

High volume experience being able to work on multiple orders at once

Outgoing personality and a really strong work ethic
