We work on complex projects shaping our nation's future, with our people at the core of our success, bringing expertise, innovation, and leadership to critical national programs.Our Team Downer delivers professional services to Defence, collaborating with the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and the National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) to support their missions.We are seeking experienced professionals in commercial management, procurement, contracting, and tender development to support high-profile Defence programs, especially maritime sustainment projects supporting Navy assets.

Most roles are based in Sydney, with opportunities across Australia.
