- About the role
As a manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations. We are looking for passionate professionals who can use their deep cyber security knowledge and expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes to our clients and create a safer connected world.
You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver significant engagements across a diverse range of clients. You and your team will guide clients through the challenges and opportunities associated with the digital transformation of their enterprise or industry and distinguish yourself as a professional who can navigate these areas.
- Duties
- Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.
- Manage all or part of a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work.
- Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management.
- Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive level.
- Lead, coach and build high performing Strategy & Consulting Practice teams by developing others' skills and increasing knowledge of CyberCX and Practice products, services, capabilities.
- Create a culture of empowerment and accountability through consistent engagement, stretch and coaching. Understand each team member's skills, drivers, and aspirations.
- Skills & experience
- Professional experience in cyber security or related fields, ideally with experience working for a global consulting firm, large technology company or the Australian Public Service
- Skill in leading client meetings and presenting findings with confidence and presence
- Proficiency, experience and depth of knowledge across multiple cyber security domains
- Experience coaching, mentoring and leading others to build their capabilities, encourage employee engagement, promote a positive learning environment and deliver high quality outcomes for customers.
- Experience in writing risk assessment reports and briefs to senior executives.
