About the role : Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulations, reporting, and APRA requirements.Lead and mentor a team of financial accountants.Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.Support internal and external audit processes.About you : CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.Background in Big 4 firms is advantageous.Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.If you're seeking a place where your financial expertise and dedication can make a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
