About the Role

NEC is expanding its presence in Western Australia and is looking for a UC System Engineer to join our Field Services Team in Perth. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a global technology leader and contribute to delivering high-quality, innovative ICT services for enterprise and government customers.

In this role, you will provide on-site and remote support for NEC and multi-vendor voice and data environments. Based at a client’s site, you will be responsible for incident management resolution of their Unified Communications (UC) systems. You will ensure operational availability and meet service level expectations, working with some of the best technology in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Incident / Request management to support calls
• Problem Management to support problems
• Change Management (inclusive of hardware Moves, Adds, & Changes) to support changes
• Management of spares for use during break-fix situations
• Support for the UC Solution implemented
• Assist with regular maintenance and changes to hardware
