Job descriptionAdhering to and executing a variety of work process checklists Meet and greet with clients and visitors to the clinic Overseeing every aspect of the appointment process (confirmation, rescheduling, following ups etc.) Managing client records in a confidential manner General office maintenance duties (stock control, rostering, sales and invoice purchase orders, banking) The ability to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner in spoken and written communication Able to work and troubleshoot autonomously, but also know when to seek assistance Experience in a clinical setting or similar highly professional environment The ability to work across a range of priorities A general understanding of the Hair Replacement and Cosmetic Industry
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Receptionist / Client Liaison officer to join our busy clinic in Claremont. This role is imperative to the smooth running of the clinic in its capacity as a support person to our surgery team, as well as creating an excellent client experience from the initial contact right through to post
- procedure follow ups.
