As a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team.
On offer is a permanent part time position for After Hours Supervisor with shifts available weekdays and weekends.
About YouTo be successful, you'll need :
Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)Previous Aged care experienceExperience working as an After-hours supervisor is highly desirableAvailability and reliability to commit to permanent shiftsAbility to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team membersBring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.
