• Identify opportunities for up-selling of products and services and / or increased sales
• Build strong and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers
• Key Duties
• Serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner
• Providing customers with quality advice
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Operating an electronic point of sale system
• Implementing company policies and procedures
• Some heavy lifting required (10-20kgs)
