We are seeking a quality

• Foreman
• to join the high performing team for their South East QLD projects. Your primary focus will be on new Industrial and Retail builds, with duties including;
• Ensure all site requirements are carried out according to project timelines & within budget.
• Management of site staff, trades & sub-contractors
• Provide leadership & quality control to avoid delays & rework
• Management of OH&S policies onsite

• You will have experience with large Industrial builds. Your strengths and abilities will include;
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Competency with programming in all structural and finishing elements.
• Proactive, self-motivated and ability to deliver quality projects on time.
