TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that operates an expanding (currently eight) Totally Workwear store network across the south east metropolitan region together with a centralised warehousing and embroidery facility based in Welshpool.

- DUTIES
- Lead your team in driving incremental sales growth across both retail and trade account customers
- Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
- Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Roster your team in line with store's trading profile
- SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in big box / trade format stores
- Strong computer literacy skills required
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, control stock and other KPI's
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
