ABOUT THE ROLEThis organisiation is looking for a Talent and Learning professional to join their driven and solutions focused People and Culture team. As the Talent and Learning Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the talent development and learning initiatives of the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders in relation to employee performance, you will identify external learning sources to meet the company needs.
Additionally, you will assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activities, ensuring the organisation has the right capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives.
DUTIESCollaborate with the P&C team and partners to assess talent needs and identify capability gapsDevelop and implement role-based learning curriculum to support employee growth and developmentIdentify external learning sources and integrate them into the organisation's training programsWorkforce planning and succession planning initiativesContribute to talent management activities, including performance evaluation and career development plansSKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven experience in talent development, learning coordination, or HR coordinator roleStrong understanding of strategic planning and capability gap analysisExperience working in professional services, legal, accounting, or consulting fields preferredKnowledge of learning and development methodologies and toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational and project management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS / CULTUREWork within a supportive and open P&C teamSupportive and down-to-earth company cultureHOW TO APPLYLI-SK
