This organisiation is looking for a Talent and Learning professional to join their driven and solutions focused People and Culture team. As the Talent and Learning Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the talent development and learning initiatives of the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders in relation to employee performance, you will identify external learning sources to meet the company needs.

Additionally, you will assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activities, ensuring the organisation has the right capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives.
