The Executive Officer will manage the day-to-day operations for the Executive Director, Infrastructure Delivery by providing support for strategic projects, finance, human resource management, performance improvement, IT and administration systems, and processes within the work environment. This involves preparing, managing and reviewing communications and correspondence including Briefing Notes, House Folder Notes, presentations, reports, submissions, minutes of meetings and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness of written information.
The Executive Officer will act as the reference point for the Executive Director to liaise with stakeholders and work collaboratively with Executive Assistant to action requests, proactively prepare, manage, coordinate and review communication to ensure responses meet deadlines, ensuring the Executive Director and is aware of emergent and sensitive issues.
You will also have opportunity to contribute to the Division's business planning and corporate reporting activity and ensure robust contemporary governance arrangements are in place.
