Job Title : Contract Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of contract management for construction projects.
- Prepare subcontract agreements and issue / execute with subcontractors.
- Revise, terminate, or reissue contracts as required.
- Review progress claims.
- Manage cost reporting.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.Benefits :
