With us, you will work with fun colleagues who have a shared passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals and transforming communities for the better.About the CentresYou will be required to work across the following sites;RecWest Braybrook- a four court stadium with cafe, Group Fitness and sports programs.RecWest Footscray- a community centre hosting health and wellness programs, a stadium and community hire.Moonee Valley Gymnastics- located in Essendon and is host to over 450 participants.About the RoleThis hands-on role will see you working across multiple RecWest facilities – including RecWest Braybrook, RecWest Footscray, and providing support to the Moonee Valley Gymnastics Centre – giving you a unique opportunity to experience the breadth of the sport and recreation industry.Some of your responsibilities will include : Providing friendly and professional front desk service to patronsHandling membership and program enrolmentsPreparing and serving coffee and refreshmentsAssisting with sports setup and pack downSupporting the delivery of daily programs and servicesEnsuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitorsThis is a casual position with an hourly rate up to $30.45 + Super.About YouWith our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.Qualifications & ExperienceHLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary ResuscitationHLTAID011 Provide First AidPrevious experience in a similar role will be advantageousAt the Y Victoria, we are committed to empowering all Children and Young People to feel safe and be safe.
