    • The Role
    • Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and repairs with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate tyres based on vehicle specifications, driving conditions, and budget.
    • Conduct wheel alignments to ensure proper handling and maximum tyre life.
    • Inspect and diagnose tyre-related issues, providing accurate advice and solutions to customers.
    • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Utilise computerised systems to record job details, customer information, and inventory management.
    • Collaborate with the team to meet service goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of tyre fitting, wheel alignment techniques and equipment.
    • A strong desire to learn and develop your automotive skills
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide professional recommendations.
    • Enjoy working within a Team environment
    • Take pride in your skills and ability.
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
    • Certificate II in Light Vehicle Automotive is Highly Advantageous
