The purpose of the roleAs a Casual Concierge, you will support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members in a variety of different areas. From welcoming guests to responding to concerns, you will assist by connecting our members with our services. You will also assist with ensuring the Clubhouse is maintained in pristine condition at all times for our members.
Responsibilities by functionAssisting at the Welcome Desk_Provide assistance to the Clubhouse team with member administrationEnsure Hub members and guests are welcomed to the Clubhouse in a courteous manner and are able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette proceduresEnsuring the welcome area and welcome desk is a clean, presentable, free of clutter and friendly, approachable environmentFollow check-in and check-out procedure for guests of membersAssisting members with queries they may have, connecting them with the appropriate person on the Hub teamSupporting the Community & Operations Lead with events in the space, including wine-downSpace tasks_Assist with keeping the Clubhouse looking beautiful and clean through regular space checksAlerting the appropriate teams for maintenance requestsReset the space in the mornings and / or afternoons to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklistWork with and assist the Space Lead in completing projects around the space for an improved guest experienceWe require our Casual Concierge to be flexible and embody the Hub values of Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit.Ideal experienceExperience in a fast-paced customer service environment, front desk experience in high-end hotels well regardedThe ability to build rapport with our membersA genuine passion for managing client relationships and the ability to analyse, develop and cultivate new business with existing membersPresentation skills - you will be required to speak to our member community oftenThe ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions-focusedHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and a can do attitudeThat said, if your experience varies from what we've listed yet you still believe you hold the necessary skills - we would love to hear from you._What you'll be rewarded withBeing a key member of an energetic, dynamic, and fun team who stands for more than their bottom lineWorking among the best organisations in Australia as a certified Great Place to WorkBeing part of a B Corp and certified carbon neutral company with a vision and plan to use Hub Australia as a force for social and environmental good, and to make a difference in the worldOpportunities for consideration for full-time roles in the future as we grow.All this while working in one of Australia's most beautiful workspaces!_
