The Role

As the Boutique Manager , you will be empowering, enchanting, and storytelling-focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging each honey’s individual characteristics.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication skills, knowledge of tips & tricks to build your team into a confident, collaborative hive, and drive positive experiences for all visitors to Honey Birdette, ensuring they are never short of products to fulfill their needs.

This role reports to the respective Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
  • Raising customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Empowering and encouraging customer needs and guiding their exploration positively.
  • Leading, coaching, and providing feedback to your team.

Your Skills and Qualities

  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing an electrifying customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about your team’s development and success.
  • Lead with empathy, compassion, and an open mind.
  • Highly driven about store success and passionate about the Honey Birdette brand.
  • Resilient, able to manage expectations, and comfortable handling conflicts.
  • Confident in advising and directing communication.
