130,000–$160,000 + Super | Full-Time | Based in WA | Occasional Regional TravelA leading national logistics group is looking for a Transport Manager to take ownership of contractor performance, driver standards, and delivery execution across Western Australia.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role with real impact — combining safety, compliance, performance analysis, and contractor engagement.The RoleYou'll oversee a large pool of contractor drivers across Western Australia, with responsibility for assessing operational standards, enforcing compliance, managing cost, and improving performance.
The role is field-based, involving site visits and ride-alongs with drivers — mostly across metro areas, with occasional regional travel.
