The Technical Business Analyst will support the ICT Infrastructure portfolio in delivery of upcoming projects including PC as a Service, Internet & Telephony as a Service and Cloud Services.

What you will be doing : Gather, document and validate technical and business requirements in line with organisational goals and compliance standards.Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for a wide range of stakeholders.Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assess risks, resolve issues and drive project success.Apply strategic thinking to influence solution design and decision-making across the infrastructure portfolio.Essential experience :

8+ years' experience in Business Analyst roles.Experience in Telephony projects including induced company networks.Additional :
