This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a growing company in Melbourne. You will have the chance to assist trainers and make a real impact on the success of the organisation.

Delivery Lead

This role is based in Melbourne, you will also manage the Adelaide team with the opportunity to visit the offices occasionally when required.

The Role

Schedule trainers to their designated locations, making sure there is enough trainers for each location

Attend regular meetings with trainers and students to ensure successful learning and development

Manage casual and contractor schedules to remain within the company's budget

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that additional classes are opened as needed

Provide support to trainers and students with any queries they may have in a timely manner

Gather feedback from course material and present changes to management

Attend interviews and assist with onboarding

Complete other duties as required

Open to work a Saturday to support and build relationships with trainers and students

Strong organisational and administration skills

Experience with Leadership and management skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages

Can do attitude, with a positive mindset

Ready to grow and develop within a company

Great problem solving and communication skills
