Job descriptionThe Role Experience Required 2+ years experience in a Assistant Manager's role within a retail environment Confident with strong decision making skills and attention to detail Proven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills including coaching and developing of team members. Strong communication skills and basic numeric and literacy skills Excellent time management skills Sound knowledge, skill and experience in Retail Industry Highly motivated and team oriented In return, you will get 59k Base+Super+$3K Clothing Allowance+Monthly Bonuses Work in a tight knit team within a rewarding environment The ability to own this new role and working collaboratively with a beautiful supportive Manager Pathway to more career opportunities

A successful leader in this business will have the ability to adapt, overcome and problem solve, while having the ability to lead with confidence. These are 2 exciting new opportunities for a strong Assistant Managers ready to take on more responsibilities and challenges.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that your boutique is performing at the highest potential. This role will ensure you have an exceptional understanding of product, driving and exceeding KPI's, meeting company core values while providing excellent customer service and supporting the development of future leaders in your team. You will be working collaboratively with your Store Manager, you will have previous experience with Visual Merchandising, Styling, Staff Training, while having the confidence to lead by example.
