These hands-on roles will be responsible for the development and execution of change management strategies, partnering closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and define future ways of working.Develop and implement Change Impact Assessments, Learning Plans, Communication and Engagement Plans, and Adoption Measurement Approaches.Ensure business readiness and support employees and customers in adapting to change.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and foster stakeholder engagement.Lead training and learning initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on change initiatives.Leverage tools such as Canva, Teams, and the MS Suite to create engaging communication materials.Work closely with Change Champions, HR, IT, Strategy and Performance, and Marketing teams to drive adoption.About YouWe are seeking candidates with : Expertise in facilitating large-scale ERP learning and training.Lean and / or Agile Change qualifications.Proven ability to conduct Change Impact Assessments and develop future ways of working.Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Canva, Teams, and MS Suite.Experience with TechnologyOne / Salesforce (highly desired).Relevant tertiary qualifications.If you are available and interested, please apply now with your updated resume in a word document to
