Areas of Responsibility :

• Develop expert knowledge and conduct comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's prestige.
• Oversee the operational performance of your store, reporting directly to the Retail Director.
• Drive achievement of targets through thorough staff training, exemplary service, and effective sales techniques.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to Store and Company policies, with prompt and accurate reporting to Head Office.
• Inspire clients to explore the heritage through engaging storytelling, promoting a passionate atmosphere for all collections.
