Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion.
Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met.
Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and photographs.
Communicate regularly with the project manager and client to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.

Experience working on projects with high-end finishes and structural work.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with construction software and tools, including scheduling software and project management software.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
