Job descriptionResponsibilities Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Manage all warehouse truck delivery activities, ensuring procedures comply with company policies. Prioritise and coordinate work for timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders Implementing operational policies and procedures. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and leadership qualities. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Maintaining a tidy warehouse and represent Health and Safety awareness. Requirements Previous food warehouse (management) experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Driver's licence and Perform High Risk Work licence. Proficient computer skills and warehouse software. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Payrate and shift

As the Warehouse Manager (Leading Hand), you will report to the Logistics Manager, while leading your Warehouse Team. Your responsibilities include :
Ideally, you have experience as a Team Leader (2IC) in a warehouse environment.
This is a permanent role, with working hours starting between 5am and 6am.
