• About the Role

As part of our small, high-performing team, this is a true generalist role where you will :

• Support the business with operational HR activities, providing expert advice, knowledge, and governance.
• Engage in and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and impact.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to solve complex challenges in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will :

• Demonstrate strong experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Showcase excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including attraction and selection, industrial and employee relations, performance management, employee development, and engagement.
• Build and nurture strong relationships across the business.
• Leverage experience with HR systems such as PageUp and Chris21.
