Join our Aged Care team at Strathalbyn & District Health Services! We are hiring Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in Aged Care - multiple ongoing roles, great support, and a chance to make a real difference!

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse at Strathalbyn Aged Care, you will ensure the highest standards of care are met within our health care service team by :

• You will use your full range of skills as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to deliver patient centred care.
• You will be responsible for working collaboratively within a team of like-minded professionals to deliver such services in a timely and safe manner.
• You will ensure that all clinical guidelines and practices are applied whilst managing the needs of the patients

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW / WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

• You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
• You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse within our organisation.
