About The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll develop and inspire our team and provide amazing customer experiences and create a great place to work at our stores. You'll also lead your team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth.

About you and your skills

Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements

Proactive in continuous improvement of process and procedures

Able influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
