  • What You Will Be Doing

    • Peninsula Health is looking for a grade two qualified Social Worker to join our team as part of the Strengthening Hospital Responses to Family Violence (SHRFV) program. This role will assist in meeting SHRFV deliverables in continuing to improve our systems and best practice capabilities in supporting people impacted by family violence.

    This includes contributing to the upcoming System Audit Family Violence Evaluation (SAFE) research.

  • What You Need

    • We anticipate you will meet the following essential criteria :

  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work
  • Eligible for membership of AASW
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated

    • capacity to communicate effectively with a diversity of stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and understanding of family violence policy and service delivery environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently when required.
