Disability Support Workers for ongoing casual shifts, including sleepovers with the possibility to turn to permanent p in the future. Your primary responsibility will be supporting people with a broad range of disabilities including autism, psycho-social disability, cognitive support needs, high physical support needs and Acquired Brain Injury
This can involve manual handling, community access, transportation, personal care, and companionship. This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people's lives and is passionate about the work they do.
Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship with participant and their families
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Flexibility to work over a 24 / 7 roster and available to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required
