Trek Bicycles is looking for an incredible team leader for a brand new, flagship store at Richmond, Melbourne VIC. The newly designed store will offer the best products on display - some unique to the flagship, merchandising is innovative, and our hospitality and customer service is second to none. Our flagship store showcases our Trek brand and focuses on the customer experience and is a destination store that people want to visit.
With our brand new Trek Bicycles Richmond store opening soon, we are looking for a Store Manager to grow the team, brand, and community. Haven't won the Tour de France or worked in the cycling industry for 15+ yrs.? That's ok! It's your passion for people and delivering incredible hospitality that we are looking for. We can teach you bikes!

About the role
The champions of our brand are our Retail store teams who spend their days inspiring people of all abilities to explore the potential of cycling. Our stores are empowered to provide incredible hospitality to all those we welcome into our stores. As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for the management and activities of all aspects of the store's operations including :
