ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Step into a key leadership role at Elka Doncaster, where fashion meets exceptional service. As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a passionate team, and delivering an unforgettable in-store experience. You'll bring energy, initiative, and a love for style to help shape a thriving retail environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performanceLeading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer serviceAssisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team membersDriving sales and hitting key performance targets (KPIs)Ensuring the store is beautifully presented and merchandised to reflect the Elka aestheticHandling stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and stocktakes

ABOUT YOU You have previous retail experience in a leadership or supervisory roleYou're passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a premium customer experienceYou lead with positivity, professionalism, and a hands-on attitudeYou're confident in coaching and developing a team to succeedYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and love achieving sales targetsYou have strong communication and organisational skills
