We are market leaders in the field of landscape and visual impact for renewable energy projects, carrying out wide-ranging assessments throughout Australia.

It encompasses managing deliverables and budget, team and project management,report writing, travel, andbuilding relationships with clients.

The role will also include opportunities to work alongside our existing Newcastle office.What the role involves : Exposure to a variety of exciting projects in regional, metropolitan, national, and coastal locations,Digesting briefs, programming and monitoring work and leading a team of graduate and project landscape architects,Client management and preparation of proposals and briefs,Producing reportsand technical review and approval of analytic and design outputs,Collaborating with clients, co-consultants and government authorities,Actively contributing to our culture and leadership.Who we are looking for : 3-5 years of industry experience working in landscape architecture,Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or related fields,Experienced with Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite,Experience withGrasshopper and GIS software is advantageous,Demonstrated experience in leading a team with a focus on programming and efficiency,Experience in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Ability to prioritise demands, work under pressure and handle multifaceted tasks simultaneously,Good attention to detail with strong report writing and review skills,Strong verbal and written communication skills,Demonstrated documentation skills for large-scale projects,A collaborative and flexible approach to the role as the studio grows.What we offer : A unique opportunity to be part of a newly established office working directly with the leadership team to set up and drive new work,Work / Life balance with monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) in addition to annual leave allowance,Flexible start and finish times around our core hours,Flexible Public Holiday policy,Inclusive Parental policy,Wellbeing and mental health program,Benchmark onboarding program to help you feel connected, supported and belonging from your first week,Professional development and networkingby attending relevant conferences, local events and seminars,Regular organised social events and Friday lunches,Annual company retreat at our rural Centre of Excellence.If you are interested in joining our team, please email your CV and a brief portfolio
