Service Person

Piacentini & Son is a Mining and Earthmoving Contractor specialising in bulk earthworks, rehabilitation services, dry hire equipment, sales, heavy haulage transportation, mining and earthmoving services.

We are currently seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic Service Person to join our Cataby site in Midwestern Australia.

• Key Responsibilities
• Record quantities of fuel, oils and parts used whilst servicing each machine.
• Monitor and correctly dispose of waste oil, filters and coolant according to correct company guidelines.
• Complete all required service documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Achieve efficient work practices whilst maintaining mínimal machine downtime.
• Assist tradesperson's when all servicing duties are complete.
• Complete all maintenance records as per company requirements.
• A proven commitment to and compliance with site safety standards.
• Requirements
• Preference will be given to those with mechanical qualifications, such as LV qualified.
• Ability to communicate information quickly and precisely.
• Ability to prioritise work commitments and meet deadlines.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Willing and capable to be trained on-the-job.
• Applicants must be able to pass fitness for work testing.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Flexible and versatile attitude
