We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead and drive the quality, safety, and continuous improvement framework across our Oncology practices in Western Australia. This is a permanent role , offering a 9-day fortnight and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

More specifically, you will :

  • Support the ongoing implementation of the clinical governance framework.
  • Lead and drive design, rollout, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report quality outcomes to the state and nationally to drive continuous improvement initiatives benefiting both patients and staff.
  • Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with national safety and quality standards (e.g., NSQHS).
  • Support staff safety and quality capability building.
  • Represent quality and safety as a key member of the state leadership team.
  • Contribute to national quality projects as part of the broader quality team.

We’re looking for someone who has :

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or quality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Experience with quality systems, SharePoint / Intranet, and risk / incident management tools.
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training related to quality and safety, and working collaboratively with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in document standardisation and control, internal audit, compliance, and process mapping.
  • Proven analytical and root cause analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
