In this role you will report directly to the HR Manager, and you will be supporting with all administration related tasks in the people and culture lifecycle activities. This will involve managing the onboarding process for new employees, generating contracts, collating new starter paperwork, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will act as the first point of contact for all people related queries, escalating where appropriate. You will also be heavily involved with a range of HR projects and will help with the recruitment process. This is a fantastic opportunity to really own different elements of the HR function and develop your skill set.
