Key responsibilities include :

• Corporate compliance including attending to ATO, ASIC and other regulatory changes
• Organising staff training
• Managing lodgement performance obligations
• Completing corporate annual reviews
• Communicating and assisting clients
• Managing workflow
• Invoicing and receipting payments
• Preparing monthly reports for Partners

The perfect candidate will have prior experience as a Practice Manager / Client Services Manager in a professional practice firm. As an individual you will be friendly, down to earth, switched on, hardworking and willing to lend a hand. It is imperative you have amazing interpersonal and communication skills as you are the first point of contact for all clients.
