  • Your Role
  • You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

    Your tasks will include :

    • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
    • Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
    • Preparing detailed documents
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
    • Your Attributes

    • Current Police Screening Certificate
    • Current Queensland drivers' licence
    • A relevant Certificate III or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to ensure job / responsibilities are completed on time
    • Demonstrated sound computer literacy including word processing, Excel, and Outlook
