Our client is one of Australia's largest healthcare operators specialising in the mental health sector.

They have clinics, private hospitals and day surgery units. Their operations include mental health facilities as well as the operation of three public facilities.

The business also has a rapidly expanding network of community psychology practices, telehealth, allied health clinics and hospital in the home services.

  • The Role
  • The Junior Payroll officer will work within the NSW Payroll services team to provide excellent customer service and support accurate and timely pay processes.

    The Junior Payroll Officer will receive ongoing training and development in payroll procedures and learn payroll systems Chris 21 and Kronos.

  • Scanning of confidential information
  • Assisting with Payroll processing using Chris21 and Kronos systems
  • Maintenance of Chris21 database, including updates for new hires, banking changes, address changes and terminations
  • Processing of employee information accurately and timely
  • Liaising with HR staff regarding appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters
  • Completion of ongoing training
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Manager and Payroll Services team

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and a strong affinity for systems

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills

  • The Role
  • 60,000 - $65,000 + Super
  • Work from home 4 days a week & be in the office 1 day a week
