Reservations Sales Agent

We are looking for an experienced and driven

• Reservations Sales Agent
• to join our high performing professional team for
• 38 hours per week.

You will also be responsible for promoting and booking retreat packages and spa & wellness Treatments within the sales hub at Elysia Wellness Retreat.

• Working in this beautiful location your duties will include the following
• Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
• Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
• Recommending and booking retreat packages as well as Spa and Wellness treatments
• Maintaining professional, open, and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
• Ability to promote and upsell retreat package, spa and wellness treatments
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Completing daily administration duties.
• Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting
• Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 7.30am and 8.30pm
• Qualifications
• To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience
• Experience in high level customer service and guest services
• Experience in reservation sales highly regarded
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to think laterally and have great time organisation skills - if you're great at Tetris, this job is for you!
• Understanding of various dietary concerns would be advantageous
• Understanding of various spa and wellness treatments, and / or beauty therapist background would be advantageous
• A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
• A nurturing personality and an unwavering positive attitude
