Trades Assistant

Industry-leading mining equipment manufacturer Casual rate of $48.94 / hr + penalty rates (15% loading for afternoon shift) Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor of earthmoving and underground mining equipment, is seeking a skilled and motivated Trade Assistant to join their maintenance team.

About the position Option for Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday work week, completing a standard 38-hour week Afternoon shift with an additional 15% allowance Working alongside tradespeople across multiple departments Operation of forklift and dogging equipment Working with mining equipment and specialised underground mining components Requirements High risk license - LF (essential) High risk license - DG (highly regarded) Experience working as a T / A alongside tradespeople on mining equipment (advantageous) Ability to work well in a team Safety-oriented mindset Please note that reference checks and pre-employment medicals will be completed for the successful candidate.
