You will be focused on people management through growing digital talent whilst ensuring and achieving Defence business outcomes are meet by providing the 'right' digital talent. We want someone who is self-motivated, demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and understands APS recruitment processes as well as contemporary talent strategies and initiatives.
The Group Operations Division will play a key role in establishing and embedding the DDG structure and operating model and will be a fundamental driver of the Group's performance going forward.
